..The Proust Questionnaire was a game that French novelist Marcel Proust would play at his parties. He felt a person would reveal their true nature in how they answered. We're asking it with a cycling twist to your fellow TVC members so you can get to know them a little better.
Describe yourself in ten words or less.
Like a dog - I’m always excited to see people, always wondering when I can go outside and play and wondering when is my next meal.
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Spending the day outside with friends.
What is your greatest fear?
Growing old alone.
What is the trait you most deplore in others?
Narcissism.
What is your current state of mind?
Focusing on one of my mantras - everything always works out for me.
What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
Moderation.
On what occasion do you lie?
When the truth will do more harm than good.
What do you most dislike about your appearance?
My aging body and wrinkles don’t reflect my 35 year old state of mind.
Which living person do you most despise?
I’ve learned to not despise anyone. If I don’t like them initially, it’s because I haven’t asked them enough questions.
What or who is the greatest love of your life?
What- The ocean is a love if mine. Who - is yet to be determined.
Which talent would you most like to have?
I love music. Unfortunately I failed at both the piano and guitar due to my lack of rhythm and being more or less tone deaf. I would love to be able to play and carry a tune.
Where would you most like to live?
Perfectly happy in Marin. I’ve lived a lot of different places and I hope this is my final destination.
What is your most treasured possession?
My dog.
What do you most value in your friends?
Compassion, sincerity and listening without judgement.

George Hincampie.
